Excellent coffee from start to finish. The Tinto de Sevilla has a very smooth and balanced flavor with rich aroma and great depth without being overly bitter. You can really taste the quality of the beans and the care that goes into the roasting process.

It’s flavorful enough for coffee lovers who enjoy a bold cup, but still smooth and easy to drink every day. I also appreciated how fresh it tasted right after opening the bag.

Definitely one of the best single-origin coffees I’ve tried recently. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely order again.

I’ve been brewing these Jones Ranch beans for a few days now, and if you’re into a solid, high-quality cup of coffee, this Colombian single-origin is the real deal. Right when you open the bag, you can tell the beans are fresh—that rich, specialty coffee aroma hits you immediately.Being 100% Arabica, it has that classic, smooth Colombian profile I was looking for. I’ve been grinding them fresh for a pour-over, and the flavor is really well-balanced—clean, slightly fruity, but with enough body to satisfy. It doesn't have that bitter, over-roasted aftertaste you get with cheaper commercial brands; it actually tastes like a premium product.It’s also a plus that it’s Fair Trade and sustainable. It’s nice to know the coffee is sourced the right way while you’re enjoying it. The 12 oz bag is a perfect size to keep in the rotation without it going stale before you finish it. If you’re a fan of specialty coffee and want something that feels a bit more elevated than your average grocery store beans, this one is definitely worth a try.
