Jones Ranch Coffee Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are shipped within on the same day for orders placed before 4pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and certain special events. All in stock orders are held by Jones Ranch Coffee and are not shipped via a third-party merchant thus allowing minimal processing times.

Orders placed on after 4pm EST, Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and special events are processed on the next business day.

Jones Ranch Coffee releases its holiday shipping schedule beginning in October.

Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout include processing time which are minimal if any due to our automated systems. 

Pre-Sale Items
Occasionally, Jones Ranch Coffee will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. If you have selected an item that is on pre-sale or is back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website and in your order confirmation email. 

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, we ship items that are available unless we reasonably believe that either the presale or backordered items will be available within five (5) business days. If you need something more immediately, please reach out to us so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous U.S. 

Generally, most items are shipped via USPS, however, larger items may be shipped through another shipping partner such as FedEx or UPS.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO destinations may incur additional charges. For APO and FPO locations, Jones Ranch Coffee is working to make these locations free shipping, in support of our military and government personnel stationed overseas.

Subscription orders and Coffee club members always free of charge shipping in addition to other benefits and/or promotions.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is a flat rate for our coffee and a rate calculated per item for items that are not coffee. Expedited shipping services are utilized using a third-party shipping partner such as FedEx or UPS.
