Return & Exchange Policy
At Jones Ranch Coffee Company, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer — from our single-origin coffees to our curated accessories.
Coffee Products
Because coffee is a perishable item, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once shipped, except in cases of damage or safety concerns.
- If your order arrives damaged or appears unsafe to consume:
- Submit a photo through our [Return Center].
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- We’ll arrange an exchange for the same blend (or a comparable one of equal or lesser value) once verified.
We want you to love your coffee. If something isn’t right, please reach out to experience@jonesranchcoffee.com — our team will make it right.
Non-Coffee Products (Merchandise, Gear & Equipment)
For accessories, branded merchandise, or brewing gear:
- You may return unopened, unused, or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must include all original packaging and components.
- Once inspected, we’ll process a refund or replacement depending on your preference.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account and locate your order.
- Select eligible items for return or exchange through our interactive Return Center.
- Returns not processed through the Return Center cannot be accepted.

Refunds
At Jones Ranch Coffee Company, we strive to ensure every order meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. While we hope every purchase exceeds expectations, we understand that exceptional service sometimes means offering solutions beyond an exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued when:
- A product is verified as defective or damaged, or
- An item cannot be replaced due to limited availability.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.
For coffee products, refunds are only considered when the product arrives damaged or unsafe to consume.
For non-coffee merchandise (such as accessories or brewing equipment), unopened or defective items may qualify for refund or store credit, provided they are returned within 30 days of delivery.
Store Credit
In select cases, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund. Credits are applied directly to your Jones Ranch Coffee account and do not expire. This approach allows customers to reorder at their convenience while maintaining access to limited or seasonal releases.
Payment Provider Refunds
If your order was placed using a third-party payment service, refunds are processed according to each provider’s terms:
- Affirm – Once we issue the refund, Affirm will adjust your balance or process the refund to your original payment method within their standard timeframe.
- Afterpay – Your payment schedule will be updated automatically. Any completed payments will be refunded directly to your card on file.
- Klarna – Klarna will cancel or adjust your payment plan once we confirm the refund, with credited amounts applied to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider’s policy.
Return Shipping Costs
- For damaged or defective products, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For voluntary returns (such as unopened or unwanted items), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A return label will be provided and adjusted from the return amount.
Additional Notes
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Jones Ranch Coffee after review.
