What is Ranch Rewards?
Ranch Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points for every purchase and other activities. You can redeem points for discounts, perks, and even free shipping at our top tier.

How do I join?
Create a customer account on our website — it’s free and automatic. You’ll start earning points right away.

How do I earn points?
You earn 5 Ranch Rewards Points for every $1 spent (before tax and shipping). You can also earn bonus points by:

  • Signing up for Ranch Rewards
  • Following us on social media
  • Celebrating your birthday with us
  • Completing special promotions and activities

How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points through the Ranch Rewards widget on our website, which is located on the bottom right corner of your device. Redeeming a reward will generate a discount code for checkout. These codes expire 30 days after redemption, so please be ready to use them when you redeem.

Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.

What are the Ranch Rewards tiers and benefits?

Ranch Member 1x Earn 5 points per $1 spent
Roaster’s Circle 1.5x 1.5x points multiplier, early access to new coffees
Reserve Member 2x 2x points multiplier, early access to new coffees, free shipping on all orders

Note: To move up to Roaster’s Circle or Reserve Member, you must earn the required points each calendar year. Some orders may be excluded, such as limited-time releases, B2B sales, and negotiated pricing orders.

Do Tiers Reset?
Yes. Your tier status resets every January 1. However, when you qualify for a tier, you keep that status for the current year and the following year (similar to airline programs). After that period, you must requalify to maintain your status.

Where can I check my points and redeem rewards?
All Ranch Rewards activity — including your points balance, ways to earn, tier status, and reward redemptions — happens through the Ranch Rewards widget on our website.

There is no separate loyalty program landing page at this time.

I made purchases before Ranch Rewards launched. Can I get points?
Yes! We are manually crediting points for past purchases made directly through our website. If you think we missed one, contact us and we’ll review it.

Can I earn points at pop-up and in-person events?
Yes. Purchases made at our events using our POS system are eligible for points. If you don’t see your points, please contact us with your receipt.

Where can I see my points balance?
Log into your account on our website to view your current points, rewards, and tier status.

Are there any exclusions?
Yes.

  • Limited-time releases or special products may be excluded from earning points.
  • B2B orders and negotiated pricing accounts do not qualify for Ranch Rewards earnings or redemptions.
  • Only website and Shop App purchases are eligible. Other order sources do not earn points (i.e. Amazon, Non JRC Subscription Services, Walmart).
