FROM THE CUP
Syrupy body. Brown sugar. Dark chocolate. Built for espresso.
Marca Espresso is a single-origin Honduran coffee developed around Bourbon and Catuai from Marcala, La Paz. Natural processing pushes the cup toward deeper sweetness and fruit while keeping enough structure to stay composed under espresso pressure.
Expect a syrup-forward body with brown sugar, dark chocolate and ripe stone fruit, followed by a smooth finish and lingering sweetness. The profile was built first for espresso, where its weight and sweetness can stand on their own or carry through milk-based drinks without disappearing.
Marca reflects the richer side of Honduras specialty coffee: expressive, grounded and designed for repeat service rather than novelty for novelty’s sake.
