Position Title: Social Media Associate

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Overview: Jones Ranch Coffee is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a knack for engaging storytelling. This role involves creating and managing content across our social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions with customers and fans in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
