Position Title: Independent Sales Representative

Overview: Jones Ranch Coffee is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to secure business-to-business (B2B) accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for coffee. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the B2B customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote Jones Ranch Coffee products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and goals within the specified timeframe.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Jones Ranch Coffee.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Independent Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
