Overview: Jones Ranch Coffee is a premium coffee brand dedicated to delivering the finest coffee experiences to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers with order placements and tracking.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
